  • Hi all,

I'm not reporting an OP, but as we are coming to the end of the year, I think that we should all say a big THANK YOU to Cake21 for all her hard work in keeping us in line for 2010 :T:T:T

  • Number 95 reporting in for October. Made our payment of £1,250 this month but it was more of a struggle than normal with a few extra costs thrown at us this.

Congratulations on all those who are now finished with this thread and to Cake as always for running it so well.

  • Well, the regulars in this thread may have spotted by now that I tend to make 1 post each month to this thread.

Have an automated overpayment of £500 being collected on the first of the month. At 10 months into the year, we've paid £5,000 and we're bang on target (for once) to hit the £6,000 that was set at the start of this challenge.

Everyone seems to be doing so well - some big overpayments being posted!

Off to fill in the update form for October...

    Financial Bliss.
Mortgage and debt free. Building up savings...

No 15 reporting in made overpayment of £300 to part 1 and £240 to part 2 of the mortgage. I have beat my target only cause I had extra money from the endowment I cashed in and still am slow feeding this into the mortgage for several more months - but it was officially allocated to my 1st flat so using some of it for this house to get the high mortgage down a bit over the next few years.
    MFIT T2 Challenge - No 46
    Overpayments 2006-2009 = £11985; 2010 = £6170, 2011 = £5570, 2012 = £1290

Missed my OP this month boo hoo. Had a few things to pay for, so had to skip it this month. Back to normal in November though. Also booked a long weekend in Norfolk commencing Nov 5th so been a bit naughty!
