It's easy to condemn someone when only one side of the story has bbeeen heard. I don't doubt the facts as presented but there is usually two sides to a story. People don't change from good to evil overnight.
I hope you can find a solution that is fair to all of you but, unless ordered to by a court, he would be ill-advised to leave his home.
