Ok. Well have found out I'll be doing lots of extra shifts for about 5 weeks so here is the plan.
1. Week 1 & 2. Pay down cards as much as possible.
2. Week 3 & 4. Save $$ for patternmaking.
3. Week 5 & 6. Save $$ for samples/materials
And finish designs for lounge collection! Ok.. Here we go..LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)

Well its been a while since I last posted... so here it goes:
*Got into the final round of competition to get into the Sydney Institute Fashion Diploma... so excited, its the best fashion program in the country
* Realised that there will always be some random purchase that will come up to increase my credit card debt. Therefore, I will be calling and reducing my limits every $200-300 or so so I cannot re-spend...
*My dad has a brain tumor. At 48... Still not sure how to deal with that since he won't know whats happening until he sees the surgeon in late January.
Okay... thats me for now...LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)

Fantastic news! Told you you could do it!! :TThe size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

Fingers crossed but well done so far
Well done on getting so far. I think often it is changing your mindset is the biggest challenge. Once you have done that debt busting will fall into place.
Well done also on getting your place. does that mean that you would be able to do an exchange from them to the US and Paris without paying extra for it? If that is the case :T:T:T:T:T
I am in new zealand, so will keep an eye out for your thread, as we are 'nearly' in the same time zone :rotfl:
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Thanks Shoe Gal, TDQO and Chevalier! I'm seriously so excited.. feeling like I'm getting back on the right track.
Unfortunately the course isn't exactly cheap cheap... debt busting will be a little impossible until fees are paid.. but I'm saving for them so hopefully that means once thats done I'll be used to be budgeting down
Oooh... and I've met a nice new man... Been on two dates so far and I think he's fabulous! :heart2:LBM - June 2014 DFD Goal: June 2016 (28th Bday!)
