Underlay sizing help

hiya,

I need some help with regards to how much/many rolls/meters of underlay I need.

Dimensions are

Bed 1 11'6 feet x 11'6 feet
Bed 2 15 feet x 11 feet
Bed 3 12 feet x 11'6 feet
Hall is 18'6 feet (long) x 3'3 (narrowest point) (6'7 widest part of the hall)

Living room 22'6 feet x 12 feet.

11" 6 is close to 12 so 144 sq ft converted using this tool http://www.markhorrell.com/tools/area.asp

144 square feet is 13.378038277912 square metres. so 13 would be about right one roll would leave you some small amount spare.

I'm sure you have windows calvulator too (programs>accessories> calculator)..then just use the form

Seems a cheap place for Ulay too.

So how many rolls would I need?

18 sq yds in a roll of standard underlay, times the dimensions of your room and divide by 9 to get the sq yd. eg.. 12 x 12 = 144 divide by 9 =16 sq yds

why not take your measurements to a local carpet shop and they will tell you how many rolls you need then say you will think about it , (job done)
