Yeah it may be worth trying to sell some ebay, but I was just concerned about postage costs putting people off if I sell in bulk. Or if I put collection only, feel like I'm minimising the amount of interest I may get.

A standard CD weighs about 100g unpackaged. So batch them in say lots of say 30, wrap them and send them parcel post for £7.06. You can sell wholesale lots or job lots in the special wholesale section quite legitimately and have postage rather than adding it to your start price.
