  • When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

Um, I'd have blanked out that voucher code if you had any intention of using it. (Unless you have and I'm being blonde, in which case ignore me!)

I am being blonde lol.. the email says it's only usable on your account.. d'oh! Ahh well. only 3 months of baby brain left then I'll have sleep deprivation as an excuse!

  • Goodness knows- probably a good few anyway. That was why I said about maybe blanking it out.. then I realised the email said it was only valid on the specific account.

Sigh...and why exactly does an error like this require you to be compensated? what loss have you actually suffered?

Compensation should be paid when and only when people suffer a loss. What loss exactly do people suffer if their address is emailed by mistake? Grr..!!

And would you like your name, address and e-mail sent out to thousands of people??!!
where did the OP mention compensation anyway? he said he thought offering £5 wasn't good enough, perhaps what he wanted was assurance that his identity was safe and that this would never happen again?
Whatever you think, this kind of error is unaceptable...

nice attempt at stirring though and discrediting the OP
