To be honest i had a perfect credit rating i suppose thats why they kept putting my limits up. Was paying minimum on NatWest(approx £270 a month) and Virgin(approx £200) as they were at there limits but those amounts pretty much covered the interest only.

Suddenly situation changed, no money, no job, bank account overdraft at its limit (£2250). I spoke to both cards and banks and asked for some help while i searched for a job but they were all most unhelpful.

I found this site and thought i would try my luck with the CCAs.

    Thanks once again

So you're happy to accept the fact you will probably get a default (if they sort themselves out)... but i'll stop the current one for the time being. Leave it with me and i'll sort this before Monday for you and PM you ok?

What date did you originally request CCA and what date did you send the follow up letter? Also what date is on each of the replies mentioned above from the bank (i.e. the 3 letters) :p

Then sit tight and i'll post here probably sunday night mate... if not sooner ;)

    I sent original letter - September 28th 2009

They replied back wanting signature - October 6th 2009

They returned my postal order saying they misfiled my CCA and cant locate it - October 26th 2009

I tell them acc is defaulted and unenforceable and threaten court - November 3rd 2009

They agree unenforceable so no need for court but they say i still owe and will report default to CRAs - November 10th 2009

They said Account Terminated letter and want all money in 14 days or will go to DCA and i will be defaulted - November 13th 2009
