  • You should have sent the request, then a reminder then the s.10 letter. Then you ignore them (and stop paying).

    3 processes mate lol not 5 :confused::confused:

    :o

    Okay understood.

    However, most have said something along the lines of "the account is on hold" until details or client instructions have been found.

    Do I want to send them the s.10 letter, which is, IMHO and never doubting your wisdom, quite aggressive??:confused:

    Ok, well mate you have to wait and see what they reply with. Sorry but you have to either be firm or be lax, but being lax will not achieve anything. :D

    Don't think we will return to the U.K but you never know what will happen in the future.

    No we have no assets in the U.K

    Then ignore them. After 6 years of non payment the debt becomes statute barred. :beer:

    I'm all for being "firm". I guess sending the s.10 letter will move things on, waiting for them to get back to me will just stall everything.

    Shall I send the letter or wait?? :confused:

    Oooooh decisions, decisions......what you say Obe Nid??? ;)

    Hiya

    Have they not replied to this letter? If not, send a gentle reminder with another copy of it asking them to get back to you asap......

    Regards to crappy1, just leave them for now - it's like banging your head against a wall.... So the letter (RMA) is for egg right? Crappy1 is sorted isn't it, i.e. defaulted and settled?

    Ignore = do not get in touch, i.e. pretend they do not exist! ;)
