Quality! They will stoop to anything.

I have thought at times that i am wrong. But having been a customer for 13 years and getting screwed with interest and charges they are getting what they deserve.

I did try and reason with them at the start, asking for help and attempted to get things sorted.

    Sod them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry the answers are in the above. I am still trying to work out how to use this system

Thanks NID - will send the letters of today. You are a star :T
  • Hi, I sent a CCA request on the 24/11/09 to cap one, Ive just looked over the letter again and realised that I stupidly forgot to date the letter.

Does this give them enough leverage not to reply?

Lol, they are trying it on with you mate? They must realise that delaying things doesn't help them and whilst they 'search' for the document, you do not have to pay (no derogatory data can be registered either)....

If they don't reply within 30 days from the actual date you sent the original CCA request then you must tell them the debt is unenforceable until such time they comply with your request. It could take them a year to 'find' it (sorry meant make one up for you lol) - why should you wait for them? You shouldn't!

You send this after 30 days - tough if they haven't found it! 4. CCA Dispute

    Good Luck mate - :D:D:D

Cheers mate you can always pop in for a brew if you want

No mate cos you sent it recorded right, therefore you should have a date it was signed for which is where you count 12 days from :D

ooops, I didn't send mine recorded. Main reason is that whenever I've sent stuff recorded I've never got a signed thingy back.

Ah right nice one, I didn't get the slip but it was sent on the 24th so the 12 days are up - still nothing back from them!
