XBOX Live Usage?

I'm currently with AOL but I'm thinking of switching to MAAF. Does anyone know how much usage XBOX Live uses? With AOL it's unlimited so it hasn't been a problem but over the past few days everytime I log onto XBOX Live, my connection goes down. I've got the SILVER package which they say they doesn't support XBOX Live so I'm wondering if they've clicked on and started booting me everytime I use it. If I do switch I want to make sure it doesn't take up to much usage. Is anyone else on a limited usage package and uses XBOX Live?

    im on telewest 2mb line and i use xbox LIVE, im lokoking at changing BB,

    not much really id say about 500mb for about 30 hours
