    However the fact remains that actual selling prices have risen substantially since february of this year.... In most places, and in most property types.

    So just to confirm, the point of this thread was to tell us property was selling at less than 2007 prices?

    You need to start saying something else, then at somepoint through the thread change to say the "Sky is Blue" or "Breathing is good for you" ;)
