make sure you choose the kitbag link from the table down the bottom.
if you just did a search for 'kitbag' like I did on the page, the first link you get to isn't the one oyu need.
scroll down the website and look at the table. click the link that says free delivery.0 -
Thanks just ordered turf boots and next day delivery free for £4.99 after using the £5 voucher. Thank youNo reliance should be placed on the above.0

Just an example of the money you are saving...
Use the LXDirect voucher to get free delivery and a tenner off and buy this football for £4 (delivered to your door).
Then, look at it on ebay with people bidding for a total price (currently up to £28 - although will go higher before item sells im sure).
If ya wanna make an easy £20 or so, buy from LX, sell on ebay. Ya can even reuse LX's packaging.
Simple.
EDIT: Seems my lack of footy knowledge is showing through. My friend informs me they are in fact ever so slightly different with the word "Vapour" adding about £40 to the RRP.
*shrug*... just a round kicky thing to me. lol0 -
ZG9833 worked fine for me yesterday. £13.50 discount was confirmed by email today.0
-
First discount worked, got my product and got my £13.50 refunded.
The 2nd code discount seemed to work too. Got it confirmed in the email etc and the product arrived this morning.
However, an email also arrived saying:
"On checking our records, we find that you have used a £13.50 First Order discount on two separate occasions. This offer is strictly 1 per customer.".
The email says nothing else, and the product still arrived. It didn't confirm they would charge full price or state they would cancel the order or anything. They still shipped it and confirmed the voucher was OK in the email and I have kept screenshots of the whole process. Whether they refund me the £13.50 is yet to be seen, but if they do not, I'll be shouting at them down the phone in no time.
Will need to wait another day for it to show on my statement before I can be sure.0 -
Sillychuckie,
Which two codes did you used?0 -
Order 1: ZG9833
Order 2: ZG9809
I am guessing that they will give me the £13.50 back regardless because failure to do so would go against all that my receipts say. The email wasn't very well written and probably just a customer service person that spotted it after they had shipped it.
I am hopeful that the request to pay me £13.50 would have made it to the payments department before then and is already on its way. We shall have to see.
Their terms don't detail the vouchers so they don't really have a leg to stand on.0 -
Sounds as if ZG9809 is a first order code as well. They might still let you off but they might equally charged you.0

I'll be kicking up a fuss if they charge me.
As far as I'm concerned, I got the code from a friend. I don't have the source, so don't know the terms.
Whilst ignorance isn't an excuse, their website doesn't provide any details of the voucher and as such, they don't exactly help me find out what the terms are.
The fact is, they allowed the check out to go ahead. If I tried the first voucher code which I had already used again, it wouldn't accept it. YET, they accepted the 2nd one. They then confirmed its use was OK in an email and then even dispatched the goods.
They can't legally charge me full price now, even if the spot the error the day the goods arrive.
Returning them isn't an option either because I was happy with them and removed the tags.
Due to the informal and poorly written email I received about the use of the 2 vouchers and the fact it didn't state any facts with regards to what would happen (would I be charged, wouldn't I?), I am reasonably hopeful that I won't be. If they were going to charge me, they would have stated it in the email.0 -
What happens if the item is the wrong size and you want to exchange it is the voucher stiil valid?0
