hi i had my confirmation email this morning with the discount taken off total 6.99

Aargh - each time i've got to the delivery page where i have to enter method of payment the red continue button is missing. I've tried everything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, the final confirmation page displays a price that doesn't include the voucher, so you can't complain that you agreed to a different price.

Can anyone shed any light what the confirmation email looks like? Does it give a total price including the voucher discount?

This is a scum. They should not be allowed to accept a code online & then charge you the full amount later. I wonder how they can get away with this. After all the codes originate from them. Always pay my credit card so that you can always get some extra protection if you want your money back. Anyway LX Direct send me code personally but when I tried to use it they were still charging me the full amount. They always tried to get you to open an account.

Aww, bummer. really would have wanted a football but put my transaction through a while ago.
Had the product arrive today...

BUT, I have been charged full price to my card. A kind lady on the phone says my £13.50 will be refunded to my card, but I won't be too happy until it does. The voucher only works once, but I'll get someone in my family to do an order too. A new footy would be very nice about now.

Another gripe is even though I picked the delivery date of monday, they delivered it today (friday). Wasn't nice to wake up so early when you aren't expecting it.

Football deal is good too. Note, you can even get the fast delivery free (next day).
However, even with the £5 discount applied, when I go to the visa secure checkout bit, it wants to apply a £6.49 charge to my card.
Can you confirm the £5 is credited back? Not sure I get why it isn't just charging me £1.49 from the outset.

I thanked you, but it turns out it didnt work for me anyway.
Don't think you can use both of them or use one if oyu have already used another.
It adds it at first, but on the following page, it doesn't (£0 discount).

EDIT: My fault, it does work. I wasn't adding enough to the cart.
Note: Football voucher no longer works.

ive used the firat code in this thread and ive put something in my basket and this has given the discount on mine in an exisiting customer but ive found some code only work on certain accounts some that work for some wont on others
