Help blue badge parking ticket loading restriction

Once you reach the NTO stage the full amount is in play. Well before that in fact, once the discount offer has expired. What stage are you at with regard to the discount period ?

I have to pay the discounted rate before the 20th Nov.

If I were aware of a restriction, but unaware of the exact times due to the lack of a sign, I just wouldn't park there. Blue badges give parking concessions, not carte blanche to plonk your car willy nilly. Loading restrictions are there for a reason; usually to prevent nuisance obstruction at certain times of day.

Yes I agree. I have been driving for 30 years and have never had a ticket as I am always very careful and considerate when parking but am left at a total loss when road markings and signs are unclear accompanied by other parked cars making the situation very confusing, stressful and no doubt costly!
