I got a Sony Ericsson w910i last December free with my contract... and have had to get 2 new handsets since as they both developed faults and kepp switching off... Orange provided free replacement handsets and delivery but charged a £15 "Admin Fee" both times.. is this legal?

because you claimed on your orange care insurance
so got your handset exchanged the next day
if you want to return it and wait for a repair/replacement then im sure you can do so without fee

well what did you ask for?
if you phone up and have orange care then they will process that claim
if you phone up and say you dont want to claim under your insurance then you can procede from there
why didnt you query it at the time? as i know they list a whole T&C with regard to you being charged the excess on the orange care with any claim
