Phonebox Direct - tips or advice?

Hey
I ordered a motorola PEBL from Phonebox Direct today on O2 200 with 11 months free line rental via cashback. So hopefully next years mobiling is only going to cost me £30!!
I've got all the terms and conditions etc and have downloaded the cashback forms to fill in (5 lots of £66 = £330).
So now i'm after any further tips from people who have successfully negotiated their way through a cashbak contract?? Or have people made mistakes that i need to avoid??
