Also, If you want to keep your phone number, request a PAC code instead of a cancellation. When the PAC code is used with 02, your number will be transferred and your old contract ended.
If you don't use the PAC code in 30 days it expires and you will either have to request a new PAC code or issue 30 day cancellation notice.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
