3rd Nokia N70 on Orange

I am on my third N70 from Orange all of them have had the same problems,freezing,restarting and ringtones keep changing.I can get the phone upgraded with a working generic firmware but that will void my warranty.Do you think I can get orange to change the handset for a different model?I have had the Orange contract for nearly six months

who cares about the warranty when none of the phones you are getting is working...just get the generic software on it, i too have N70 and will get the generic s/w this weekend

On Orange, if you have had the phone replaced three times with the same fault you are entitled to an upgrade / swap to a model of similar / higher spec. My girlfriend works for Orange, and I also did that myself a few years ago.

I hve an N70, wish I'd kept my V3:o
