No the chart is not for the housing market, but some people on here like to use it to define where we are in relation to the grief chart.

Others on here refute it refers to a cyclical housing market and mock the chart.

At the end of the day, the grief chart is totally irrelevant

Can you give me a link to this grief chart, I've not seen it and am unaware of it and would like to define where I am in relation to it?

Doing a quick search, it would seem there are many grief charts.
Which one to use : -

The one the posters on here use

Thanks for that!! I've read the thread but I thought for a moment that :-

:wall:What we had here was....... failure to communicate:wall::D

I now understand that these charts are irrelevant and have become a bit of a joke!!

Come on! -why has this thread ended? where are all the graphs? Where's the proof?

Where have all your argurments gone? Is the Housing market turning upside down or not, or do you just want to start some other equally futile, mindless thread...............................tomorrow perhaps? or maybe next week.................under a different title, by someone else.............perhaps?????

OK - I look forward to the whole conversation starting all over again and people repeating themselves. OH what joy!

I've all the time in the world to enter into a discussion re house prices but you've all gone with nothing left to say!

OK, so I'm out of your league.... That's fair enough, met pleanty of people done the same when someone either has a better point to put across or, attention is taken away from others.

    Graham,

You say that people on here run away from questions, but I'm still waiting on an answer from you to the above question.

If I say no I don't agree with you, which I don't, is that enough? I just felt when I read it that if I said I didn't agree with you, in answer to your question, that wouldn't be enough.
