'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
it's directly related to house prices - more fake user id's, higher house prices this monthOh great, another sock puppet invasion.
Tell us all your gripe, is it about pizzas or something else?
i never doubted itNow I see. Everyone is mewbie. Bit scary.
Love and kisses from mewbie.

To clarify, I'm selling a property inherited to me. I want to take it off the market over the Xmas period as it's become a bit stale on the market, have proposed works under consultation and would like a bit of a break from viewers.
I suppose people may lose older, vulnerable loved ones this winter, like any other and come into some money but that was not the point of my comment. Having lost my Mum, it's most certainly not my intent to gain from other's losing theirs.
What i meant was, I feel agents want to keep me on their books under for any reason which may not be to my benefit. THEY suggested families will come together, unlike mine (as I've lost mine), to discuss and, maybe, help thier kids with deposits etc.0 -

Hopefully the winter months will claw it back on the trend.
Then it will be good for a bit of stability and house prices follow the long term trend instead of banjoing way above and below the line like a yo-yo.
So, now that you agree that it went below the mean, can you agree with my opinion of where we were on the grief chart?
Graham,
You say that people on here run away from questions, but I'm still waiting on an answer from you to the above question.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.
