lets assume they have claimed it (and her maternity grant)

So you would rather the welfare state be £3.999 million a year worse off ?

sorry you need help if you would rather not see money paid into the system and help those less fortunate.

Net result, with the Rooney's the welfare system is better off regardless of whether they take the CB. Without them the welfare system is worse off. FACT.

Just to throw a spanner in the argument, ok they pay 4m in tax, good for them, but does that help the less fortunate ........no, £65bil to LTSB RBS HBOS etc

Now that's just illogical, when the govermant is wanting to cut back on benefits, that every person that has paid tax/NI has paid for, just because they themselves are bankrupt from bailing out the bankrupt banks, and other 'mistakes':rolleyes:
