Problem with leaking radiator pipe under floor and recently installed

    Yes, but is the boiler between the kitchen rad and the others in the house? If so there's a chance it's on a spur, especially if the kitchen is at the end of the house.

    I asked the builder what he did and he says he cutted a t piece into the existing pipework under the floor and put a valve on it before he ran the pipes to that radiator. Does that make sense? Not to me!

    So it is on a spur. But where is the valve? Is it accessible?

    As I said, cowboy all over. But could you not tee off again closer to the boiler and reroute the pipes to that rad if the floor cannot be disturbed?
