Want to change broadband provider, who to go to?!

Hi All,
We want to change our Broadband provider, we are currently with BT, paying £25 a month. We are in south east of england. We want unlimited downloads, which I know bumps the price a bit. My Hubby is thinking about going to Sky for £15 a month, which will save us £10 a month, but thought I'd check that none of you had any other ideas that could save us more?
Unfortunately we can't change the phone line / call package as I locked us into a deal in July which runs for a year and there is a £7.50 per unused month cancellation fee! (Yes I do regret this now and we will be changing it when the contract comes to an end!).
