Orange £150 Quidco declined

Ordered and received a new phone in September, all done on line, and the £150 has just been declined!

I swear by Quidco, have almost £2k in earnings, but this pxxxxs me off. Have adhered to the rules totally, cannot see why they can refuse it. I have sent in an earnings enquiry, but BE WARNED......

How long does Quidco take etc ?

Im new to it, signed up and bought a phone with O2 Tuesday online and another on Wednesday from Vodaphone. Went through Quidco, cleared my cookies before going on etc etc but nothing is showing on my Quidco account so far... ?
  • It varies considerably. Give it a week, then look at putting in an Earnings enquiry......the site makes it fairly obvious how to.

i have had 2 such incidents in a fortnight with quidco recently. never had previous problems.
as such i have stopped all transactions via quidco till these 2 cashbacks are paid out. £150 was a juicy offer but i had to hold back, as yet.
  • Ok i'll leave it a while, fingers crossed as it's £100 worth.

I had £100 declined by Orange as during my sign up I had taken the Dolphin £25 package for £20 as part of the phone promotion. This was an automatic discount.

Excuse was signed up to seperate bonus.
    I won't use Orange again ..
