    OK, very, very, very sorry if anyone thought I was rude/out of order. Now drinking a huge cup of coffee and normal service will resume shortly.
    (I'm not usually @ rsy about not being thanked, have no idea why it peeved me today but I'm putting it down to lack of caffeine)
