No. But that said, when I'm at the checkout, I don't reach over to the checkout-assistant with a wan look on my face, touch their shoulder and say 'Thank you so much' every time they scan an item. I wait until the end. Please don't presume to lecture me on manners.

Fairly the same. If you go to the docs, you don't say thank you after every sentence.

Sorry but I think you're the one without any manners, getting uptight cos the OP didn't press the thanks button, but being very rude to everyone else posting on the thread. Get a grip
