Debtbegone's Debtbusting Diary

Oh my, that gel seat cover is a high priority! Went to cycle into the 2nd job tonight and had to turn back before I reached the end of the road, my bum must be bruised from yesterday and couldn't hack it :rotfl: Got a lift in and walked back instead, very pleased with myself.
Five new items on ebay tonight aswell as some relists. My sisters just informed me that there's more gone into her "for sale" pile so I'd better get cracking with it all, try and do 5 a day for the next four days. If I can manage that it should make a wee dent in it all.
Right now I'm knackered from the walk (not as fit as I assumed last night me thinks) so going to have an early nightThe debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

Well, I'm slacking on the listing front
Have managed to get a stack of photos taken tonight though ready for the weekend.
Also just found out today that I could've been claiming Working Tax Credits for the last year (since I turned 25) so going to phone for an application form first thing on Monday and get that sent off asap.
Have another £13.16 profit to add from a couple of small ebay sales, with more items ending tomorrow with bids on, woop!
Right now I'm going to scoot off to bed early. Have a wee treat planned tomorrow to celebrate my birthday so want to be bright and breezyThe debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

ohh is it your birthday!! Hope you have a lovely day!
I started claiming WTC a few months ago and the extra £200ish a month has been amazing!!0 -
Thank you
Went bowling with my family, which was so much fun. Definitely recommend it! Saw the carnival floats too, they weren't anything special. Gone are the days of the awesome bazmillions of floats and fancy dress when I was wee which is such a shame.
£25 birthday money that'll be going right into my bank account. Also got bought a hundred club ticket so fingers crossed I win some more there
£9.89 profit from ebay sales today. No rest for the wicked, I'm going to get some descriptions written up ready for listing tomorrow.
Hope the application form for wtc comes pretty quick, totally worried that it'll be a right pain to do since I'm se but with occasional holiday cover paid work, eek!The debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

I'm SE too and its really easy. The form came in like 2 days. You just need your total earned from lasts years tax return and some more info.
Bowling is so much fun! I was there a few weeks ago, such a laugh. can't believe there's a bowling alley on the island lol!
Haven't been to the carnival in years. you're right it used to be great. or was it great cos i was too wee to know what was going on!0 -
Phew, was completely paranoid that it would be a nightmare since I'm SE, nice to know that it's not! Thanks
Totally want to make bowling a regular thing, though the purse won't allow it at the moment. It's so funny when you're telling people of the excitement & novelty of bowling when it's just a regular normal thing to most people.
Bit stressed out today so am trying to work through it by listing as much as possible on ebay. Need to iron some stuff just now so will proof watch a dvd at the same time
I've also just realised what you can get with cokezone points. My mum drinks gallons of the blooming stuff so the points have already started adding up over the last week or so since I started collecting them :TThe debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

Hi how you doing??0

Well it's a funny ol' world! I've been awol from posting for nearly two months
My head's in a *very* slightly better place, my bank balance more so due to the fact that I've taken on a permanent part-time job as well as my own work and any holiday cover I can get in the other ones too! So from this month things on the debt-busting front should be right back on track
So I'm back here in diary land to keep me on the straight and narrow now I'll have a wee bit of regular money coming in, and to keep me motivated to keep extra wee bits coming in from ebaying and what not.
Going to go sit down and work out exactly what I'm wanting to achieve over the next yearThe debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time

Thanks
Can't wait for my first proper payday next week! Should be able to update my debt total in my sig at the start of next week once all the interest has been added on, then actually start making pads again and getting bigger chunks knocked off those cards
I wrote out all my aims in a book last night and cannot find the blooming thing anywhere, argh! Have a lot of my own work to be getting on with this week, which is good cos it means more doshbut also means I've not time for extras like ebaying (and shoudn't really be on here, just wanted to post a snippet everyday to keep me on track
)
