I tried to warn people on here last month about ordering from this company, but they didnt want to know and ignored my warning. All you who did so i just want to say "i told you so"maybe the next time you will listen.

That's a bit harsh, maybe some people didn't see your warning

I have not seen the warning, but have used Artymiss before, must admit was a year ago. There service was very fast and very good. will wait and see if I can get in touch tomorrow to place my order.

Ah that would mean I didn't listen then ........................yet got my order absolutely fine, just like before when I ordered

I am of course very sorry that some people are encountering problems, but like savvy I got my full order just like my previous orders. I would not have posted if I had had anything other than positive experiences with the company.
  • I used them to buy some sale items and saw the warning when it was put on the sale thread but i found the service efficent, very speedy delivery and their goods excellant quality. TBH.

I hope anyone who does have any problems will get a good outcome. :T

I think it is sad when you get someone "i told you so" when people are concerned they have lost money. I think some people need to get a life! :p

I certainly didn't see the 'warning', but with 1,169,869 Threads and 16,054,300 Posts to trawl through, and real life to live, it can be a little bit tricky to see everything that is relevant to my situation

i did not see any warning - i usually do a google search before i buy anything online from a company i have not used before and i found nothing bad - only praise for the bargains people were getting.

I fear i have lost my money - and all my craft stuff to make cards and presents for christmas:eek:
Not sure my 2 kids will appreciate the "told you so" comment when i explain t them they can not make christmas cards and presents for their cousins and friends...

I believe it is important that people do shop safely online and do check on a companys history before placing an order.... but this company did seem to have a good track record.....but maybe the recession has hit them bad and they have just sold everything off at open days and done a runner!

I need to find out how to start a dispute procedure as i payed through the artymiss site but i think i used paypal. not my visa...

  • Really sorry to hear that Artichoke, hope you manage to resolve Ok. Like I said before I have used them before and found them very good. I have been searching google over the last few days to try and find out why we can't get in touch with them, but no articles pop up.
