For anyone lucky enough to live within driving distance:

The warehouse is still all set up and we have caught up with our backlog of web orders. We decided we can open this

THURSDAY & FRIDAY, 5th & 6th November from 11am - 3pm.

There are a few changes, as we cannot use the field for parking.

1. Drive right down the drive to the building and park outside of the warehouse (look for the massive CRAFT SALE sign on the door). Please be considerate with your parking, to allow as many cars as possible, without blocking anyone in :-)

2. Please could you bring a carrier bag for your purchases? We have run out!

3. There will be a 20% discount for CASH sales.

As we are keeping this low key, there will not be a sign out on the road. Check out our Information Page for a map.

ArtyMiss, Milwards Farm, Lewes Road, Laughton. BN8 6BN.

Edited to add: just noticed the phrase 'keeping this low key'.......oops!

    hi all

Have any of you bought stuff recently online through artymiss?

I placed an order on 26th oct but have not received my parcel yet and the website is now offline and they are not replying to my emails?

It seems strange they had this sale giving discount for cash payments and now the website has disappeared.... is anyone else awaiting a delivery? are they usually so unreliable with parcels?

I ordered stuff to make christmas cards and presents and really want my parcel soon...

    any advice appreciated..

There delivery is very slow, i ordered a few weeks ago and after 10 days i checked online and the status said it was still waiting to be picked so i emailed them using the contact us form and i recieved my order the next day.

It does state that delivery can take 10 days.

I did know that they were a bit slow at sending out items but they were such good prices i was willing to wait.

    email is enquiries@artymiss.co.uk

I thought it was a legal requirement to display an address and your company Vat registered number where customers can see it. But correct me if im wrong. But all i can find on the site is an email address and a fax number.

    hi

    thanks

i have already emailed artymiss and got no reply.

The phone number is not connecting.....

i am concerned as i placed my order on 26 october...

i will update this thread if i hear from them or get my order...

Hopefully they are just busy due to the time of year but it would be more reassuring if they answered emails, the phone number worked and the website had not disappeared ....

Crikey none of that sounds too good at all, almost as if they are going down the pan  But I'd just like to say that whenever I've ordered it's always been delivered quite quickly, I wonder if it's been caught up in any postal strikes??:confused:

  • I have also been trying to place an order today, web site will not allow it, I have sent them an email, phone number kept ringing engaged. Really hope they are still trading, as they have 50% of stuff that I would like for christmas! Will try again on Monday, if no joy, guess have to bit bullet and pay full price!!
