When is the best time to call Talktalk??

I've been waiting so far 31 mins and 15 secs to upgrade my account... managed to speak to 2 people and I'm still waiting! I know peak hours are busy but out of peak are just as back in most call centres as they have less stafff!! Funny as in my place there screaming if any calls are longer then 3 mintues!!!

i emailed them with a quiery - no reply
i tried calling them twice - was on hold for over an hour.
