surely if the ccj is in dispute they cant act until after 16th?

Thanks - well todays the day. Hopefully the judge is having a good day so far and I am due in at 10:00.

You would have received paperwork from the court including the original claim form and then after no response, a letter with the hearing date. The court *should* be able to trace these at the very least and say where they were sent to.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Well - there was no trace of these and anyway - I WON!!

If it was set aside because you were not informed of previous proceedings, surely they will just take you back to court to get another CCJ now, especially as they have an accurate service address for paperwork?0 -

they didnt turn up and the judge said he would have told them off. Amazing - thanks again!!0 -

Possibly, but only if evidence is brought forward that didnt exist beforehand. It was set aside because of proof of debt - not lack of paperwork. Not sure what you mean by "an accurate service address for paperwork"? this has never been in dispute.0
