Lol, thanks for the link, all I kept getting was the French address to write to for some reason.
Lots of complaints really, awfully rude staff on the front desk, non-existant staff inside , a horrible security guard on the tunnel who made my little girl cry, filthy toilets, a rude and obnoxious sales assistant in the shop (the person in front of me even put down what they had been planning on buying and walked out as the man was so horrible to him) I could go on and on.
Was gutted as it cost a lot of money as a birthday treat for my 5 yr old and the staff were just dreadful, am going to write a letter rather than emailing again, so thanks for the address

Don't you go there to see fish and dolphins and stuff rather than engage with all of the staff?

Staff are employed to be polite, friendly and approacable and to help make the customers experience a good one, so it is bound to ruin the experience of a child and family if a member of staff makes a child cry, regardless of what the intent of the visit is.

Just seems that the OP has had enormously bad luck with so many staff members being so awkward. I count 3 separate occasions.

Wonder if it may be to do with the OP rather than the staff....
