Lg Chocolate Payg

Hi, I am looking for the cheapest way to buy the new LG Chocolate mobile either pay as you go or sim free. I know you get this phone free with most contracts but I already have a contract and don't want to get tied down with another one. Anyone any ideas where I can purchase the cheapest selling one?

Your cheapest bet is probably to get it on an o2 £19 a month contract. Go through quidco for £35 off. That makes it about £193 delivered.

o2 usually ship their phones sim free. Use the contract if you really want or just bin it (but 200 texts/50 mins a month is a nice bonus)

I have looked at that offer but i don't really want a contract as mentioned above. the contract I have with o2 at the moment is a very good deal but is not due for renewal until January. I would rather pay off in full than pay monthly and have the hassle of remembering to cancel the contract

You don't need to remember to cancel it, if you really don't want the contract (not sure why you wouldnt though as its essentially 200 texts and 50 minutes completely and uttery free every month unless you have absolutely no self discipline...) just call them up a couple of weeks after the phone arrives and ask to terminate the contract. You'll have to pay the line rental up till how long you signed up for (12 months - price as above, £193 in total).

You won't get it any cheaper. Even Ebay prices are £60-£100 more than this for what are mostly second hand.

As long as you want. As long as you cancel after the initial contract 'settling' period of about two weeks, you can cancel absolutely any time after that and just pay the line rental till the end of the contract.
