Whats going on at Simply Fone?
I am on O2 have lots of inclusive x-net minutes that allow me to make intl calls using 07744/0844 etc.
Rang the Simply Fone 07744 number last night, annoucement said 02 users might be charged to call it and gave a alternative 0870 number.But it it did not say if the 0870 was included in your minutes,and said to check with O2.
I abandoned the call in the confusion.
Correct me if i am wrong i thought O2 did not start charging to call 07744 until the 1st of July,and if the 0870 number is included in your minutes as i assume it is, why dont they say so?
Can anyone say if O2 are charging to call 07744 now,and is 0870 included in 02 minutes?

theyve amended their website to show both/all options now0 -
Thanks just tried again,and they have now removed the confusing announcement.They must have shot themselves in foot,and lost business.
When O2 start charging surely they will have announcement to say so, like they do on 0800.0
