I think it is deffo worth a visit........ google streetview of cardiff will show you the front of the shop and around.

the telephone number of the newsagent is the same as in the first post.

i would also get onto the media in cardiff. especially as an apparant fraudulent company (based on what is said here) is operating out of a shop.

I have also in the past purchased something from shop4tek, took a long time to come and couldn't get through to them for ages, until the new year on 0845 838 8876, i don't think they are a scam, but just awful customer service!

I ordered a hdmi cable on the 12th Jan for £2.99, no confirmation by email, nothing received, and the money has been refunded onto my card today.

Very strange! But glad I've got the money back.
