Moisturiser for men: a 'manly' one that works... (!)

I also recommend Bulldog. My SO really likes it, it moisturises well, and the smell is nice - herbal rather than man-perfume! And I wouldn't call it pricey - it's around a fiver!
BTW, my SO uses the after-shave balm all over his face. It's like a moisturising lotion.Cogito, ergo sum.0 -
My hubby likes this range http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultView?Rpp=10&Ntt=time+delay&Ntk=All&langId=-1&storeId=10052&Ntx=mode%2bmatchall&searchTerm=time+delay&catalogId=11051&N=4293527814&CatalogSearchResultView?Nr=AND%28DIM_BASIC_RECORD_TYPE_ID%3aIS_PURE_PRODUCT%2cDIM_PARENT_PRODUCT_ID%3aIS_PARENT%29&pageSize=12&CatalogSearchResultView?Ne=4293530256. He prefers it to the No 7 for men range.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

Jei70, you're right, it's £5/£6- it's just pricey to me because I spend so much less on myself!!
If it lasts well I won't mind spending a fiver a tube though.0 -
I've bought Simple recently, it's cheap and cheerful but quite light and neither looks nor smells at all girly.
Watching TV with DH and 2 DSs, there was an advert for some magic cream for men, I said "That's what you all need then!" but I got such withering looks ... so I don't think I'll be putting any in their stockings this year. :rotfl:Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I mostly use Vaseline Intensive Care for everywhere. It comes in large containers (up to 400ml I think) and its occassionally on offer so I buy a load of it at once

I bought Clinique stuff for my fella and he loves the stuff (maybe a bit too much!)0

My OH wont use anything, I get looks of dread when I even get out the moisturiser bottle!
But I know my dad likes the L'oreal for Men range. Its slightly pricey but normally on 3 for 2 in Boots (points too) but in all fairness we normally get him it for Xmas to he's stocked up for the full year (I was really MSE this year; got it on their get 1200 points for every £50 spent night
) My dad has really sensitive skin and apparently these work wonders. 0 -
Morning everyone.
My bf swears by Liz Earle for men moisturiser, in fact he uses everything she does for guys and his skin now looks lovely! Much better in fact that it used to, more of an even tone, clearer etc. Can't recommend it enough.
...I like my coffee black, just like my metal!

Also very cheap, but I found OH using my Aldi's moisturiser and it really sorts out the dry patches on his face from working outside or in centrally heated places. Costs 2 quid a jar.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
