thanks pigsback i had a lovely lunch today at brewsters with the leisure vouchers.. paid for drinks and meals for me and my friends and it was a nice sunny day.. only down side is now my daughter has broken out in spots and its chicken pox arghhh another week off school lol

I ordered a £10 Boots voucher on 27/05/06 and the envelope came today all sealed and everything, when i opened it there was no voucher, i know this seems far fetched or like i'm trying to fleece them or something, do you think there is any point emailing them about what happened as i am pretty sure i won't get reimbursed as obviously I have no proof whatsoever etc, what would you do in this situation?

I would definately email them!!!! Well, people sometime make mistakes, but some time ago Darragh was explaining procedure how they do this and it sounded like they always check what they send out - obviously, not this time!!!

Email or call them. Once I received the wrong voucher, so I can quite believe an empty envelope on occasion. I'm sure they'll sort you out.

It happens, I agree they most likely won't give you a replacement but they should for customer relations if nothing else. If vouchers have individual codes it should be simple enough to find out if it has been used.
