    okay i am at that page again can't see the box that comes up to say install...do you know where I can find it as it's just got loads of in fo about different things you can download

    I don't get the dialogue box it just says downloadsing when i hit the button and then takes a while and goes into another page

    Do you mean print screen and paste. It doesn't work for some reason any other way of doing it?

    then in the download box that opens, double-click on HJT to run the installer......

    (much more straightforward in IE ;) )
