Trojan Horse Problem on PC Help!

Hi to all those out there who know lots about computers that I don't!

My computer has started playing up.
It cam up with an AVG pop up and said something about Trojan so I clicked on the x to shut it down and the computer went really funny.
So switched if off and then it came up with a black screen and then asked if I wanted to use safe mode - t t came back with no earlier dates so that was not possible.
Have gone into safe mode and have been advised to download a programme called:
superantispyware which will get rid of the trojans that I had because when I ran the Avg it said that I had about 5 Trojans eeeek!
The only problem is is when i tried to install this programme it said that the adminstrator would not let me
So what now please
hope this all makes sense

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

When i went into the first one and clicked download latest version it now wants me to install fileHippo.com update checker v1.035 FH setup.exe (155kb) and says download now!
Do i download this one??

Click where the GREEN ARROW is (Youve clicked the wrong part)

You can use either, the one with an installer will be easier to use.

Failing all the above is it possible to backup your emails bookmarks and files then reinstall windows.

I cliocked where the green arrow was but next to it!

Is should then goto a page that says ~
"Thank you. Your download will start automatically.
If not then click here"

When I go into this it comes up with this
welcome to file hippo update checker set up wizard
It doesn't have anywhere you can click update and full scan
Am I missing something?
