Nuheat Mats Troubleshooting reg. Nuheat system Programmable thermostat screen is showing blank sometimes, What would be the cause?

Generally it shows blank when Programmable thermostat is not turned on or when there is No voltage to programmable thermostat. So please make sure that thermostat switch is turned to ON. If above both are not the cases then It might be faulty programmable thermostat. In this case you have to make a call to the nuheat mats company www(dot)warmyourfloor(dot)com ..Good Luck!!

This would typically be caused by the owner correctly unplugging the mats from the mains. The longer it stays blank - the more money you will save.
The issue can be completely resolved by removing the programmable thermostat, then cut the brown and blue cables that lead to the mats.
