Mine are all there - bonus!
pazza2000, I have seen how many accounts you have from your postings on Flyertalk. You need to tread very carefully, if Tesco catch on your accounts will all be closed.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Hi all,
Is there any way of checking how the points have been added ie cd's,dongles etc.Is there a way you can view your statement or do you need to rely on them doing it right. If you have a query where do you send it.Anyone have a email address/phone number. Thanks in advance.
Phil
Yep, I'd like to know that too. I've not had all my points, although I'm not sure if it's one or two items that haven't been included. If it's one, then I ordered District 9 BR which wasn't released until after Christmas, so I imagine that won't be put on yet, but I'm not sure what my previous balance was to check if it's one or two missing. So it would be good to be able to check what the points are for.0 -

District 9 points have definitely gone on for me.
You used to be able to request an itemised statement, AFAIK you still can. However, I would be careful doing this if your account activity is excessive, as it is an easy way to bring yourself to their attention!Gone ... or have I?0 -
All my points have been added however i only ordered 3 items so not a big deal compared to what some of you ordered. I also ordered after they had changed their T&C to one title per clubcard points received.0

I know, thanks for your advice. I utilise adittional addresses so hopefully that keeps my activities under the radar.
Also, my efforts with point collecting will be significantly less in the future. So its not an on going issue -just want to get all my entitled points for this quarter.

Mine haven't been added yet and only order 1 item.0

I think this is the point which is questionable.
No, im actually not that bad. I always call up Clubcard(in this case Tesco Ent) to see if i would be eligible for the points. I said are you sure, 10items... and they said yes. If they think i am abusing the scheme then i will except that. As a family, we do spend £100's in Tesco, and with there clubcard scheme being a success; i feel little guilt. This is a one off points mission, and i want what i was assured.0
