    Hmmm....I've had 2 emails today telling me the 2 copies of Eddie Izzard 'Stripped' have been dispatched. One costing £12.98 and the other £11.92!!! How is that right???

  • Those of us who had dealings with Tescos Entertainment before Christmas with the saga that was 'Left For Dead 2' aren't at all surprised that you are getting conflicting answers from Customer Service.
    I will never deal with this side of Tescos again. They tell you one thing and then do something else and you are left chasing them up for weeks!! Not worth the hassle.

    I will never deal with this side of Tescos again. They tell you one thing and then do something else and you are left chasing them up for weeks!! Not worth the hassle.
    I don't know what you mean by this side of Tesco, from my experience all sides of Tesco Customer service are clueless. Unless it is a simple query then you haven't got much chance with them.
    Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)


  • Didn't explain myself very well. I will continue to shop in store as I don't have a problem there as you can sort things face to face, but online... that's a different story. They need to get their act together.
  • i think you take your chances with Tesco Entertainment, i was really annoyed with them after the Left4Dead saga and them taking the money and taking 10 days to refund. I also pre-ordered JLS for my daughter and it took 10 days after dispatch to arrive. I order Just Dance for the Wii the other day using the £2.00 off voucher we received and it arrived today. So for me a bit up and down but as i was in no rush for Just Dance and it was cheapest with them I thought i'd give them a try again.

    Has anyone else ordered harry potter at £13 odd and not been refunded the difference between that and the £8 it was on day of release.

    I have tried ringing them but always engaged.

    I got charged £13 but then I rang up and they sorted it.
