STATUTE BARRED. if your husband has had no contact with them for over 6 years from the date they called then they cannot EVER chase the debt because it is statute barred and the limitations act ie 6 years means they can't do anything about it. Got another of these letters today. It's just the same as the earlier one, only this one is from Santander (formerly Abbey) . Strange...?0
