Undercharged for an order

Hi
I've bought a fridge and a freezer from an online website which arrived a couple of weeks ago. The items where meant to cost me a combined value of £500. However they've only charged me £200 (it looks like they've only charged me for one item). Anyone got any idea where I stand with this? I'm thinking that as long as i am doing nothing illegal i'll just keep my head down and hope nothing happens.
Cheers

If they've delivered the goods and taken your money, then there is nothing they can do.
If they contact you, then it's up to you whether you pay the extra or not.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
The fact that you've paid is important. Unlike the other thread on here where the person hadn't paid and they were chasing him 18 months later.
If they've asked for an amount for the goods and you've paid that amount and they've accepted it. Then the sale is final.0 -

Hi,
Not sure I agree with this - did they send you an invoice for £500 (either by email or post), but only took £200? Or did the online figure show £500, but they only took £200 - then I think they might be able to get the outstanding money from you -
BUT if the invoice / the final figure to be paid online was shown as £200 .... well I agree with everyone else.

Yes, I think that's right. If the invoice shows both items and the amount is £200 then fair enough. But if the invoice only shows one item then they will have call back for it as you haven't paid for it.0 -
They were 2 invoices. It looks like they've only charged me for one of the items and haven't charged me for the other. So looks like I may have to pay. However i have just cancelled my credit card as someone tried to clone it, and the items were delivered to my house which i have just moved out of into my new house (which is why i ordered the items). I am wondering how easy its going to be for them to track me down! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Ok so your post started as a bit questionable, but just took a dive into making you look like an utter scumbag.0 -

Maybe they'll just issue proceedings against you, and serve all the papers on your old (last-known) address, then obtain a CCJ against you. You won't be laughing then, will you?0 -

Seems a bit aggressive J I bought some items in good faith from an online company and due to the fact I wasn’t moving into my new house for a couple of days had them delivered the items to my old house. After they charged me my credit card was used without my permission so first direct cancelled it! I don’t really think I should be called a scumbag by someone like you! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I'm not actually laughing now to be honest! I just wondered where i stood legally! Frankly i ordered everything in a honestl way and provided payment details. If the company has messed it up i'm not going to waste my time chasing them up! I'm happy to pay the excess but i'm not going to actively chase them to pay itThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. They will still be able to email you, and request payment. If your address has changed, you should let them know as you have an outstanding invoice with them.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
