Good luck both of you. I received my letter from Firstplus saying they upheld my complaint 30th Oct yet I am still waiting for my refund cheque!!

But... I'm sure they stall on purpose as people give in don't they if they stall. So keep going with it even if you need to go to FOS.

    Isy

Do you mind if I ask what you were refunded and roughly for how long and how much plse?

    Thanks
    Putty

PS let us know when you get refund plse

Hi all iv'e now recieved a responce to my second letter saying it has now been referrered to senior management and they will issue me with a final responce no later than 18th december Sunny

    Hi

I hope you get good news by the 18th!
As you know, sometimes it's simply not enough to use the template letters which can result in getting fobbed off by the banks.
I can recommend a company who will deal with this for you on a no win no fee basis. They don't charge any up-front fees either like many other companies do. I'm not sure if I can post their details on here but I can't recommend them highly enough. They have just reclaimed £14,006 for one client!!!!!!

Please PM me if you want their details.

    Regards
    Peter
