Yep we have carpet in the conservatory, and looked great to start with but has faded horribly fast, and particularly in those little slivers where the sun gets through the blinds:mad:

We had a conservatory built 5 years ago and it was the best money we ever spent. We use it all the time from about April to October and very seldom fro November to March. It's a myth that it's too hot in summer, it's lovely. I have laminate on the floor and I SO wish I'd put carpet down. I don't have ufh and the floor is freezing in winter. Just because carpet isn't fashionable doesn't mean it's not a good choice. Go for cream to avoid the fade problem? In fact writing this has made me think , new carpet??0

Good because if you did then technically your conny becomes an extension and subject to planning restrictions.
Is doesn't "technically" become anything. A conservatory IS an extension no matter what you do to it.:rolleyes:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
