Tesco have overcharged me

I got chatting to the lady in CS and she said that is store policy to give the product free if the mistake is the stores. I havent read up on anything but it might be worth looking into to see if you can get you shopping for free as they are at fault.

This was covered in the QGWYC forum - Tesco R&R (refund and retain) policy only applies instore, not online. This policy was what made me start shopping in Tescos again (I spurned them for a year cos their motor insurance dept is messing me about). Since starting going there a few months ago, I've had at least £500 worth of freebies (steaks, beers, books, cds, games). I go and spend ages scouring the shelves for mis-prices. Today came home with 3 packs of finest pork chops - only £7 worth, but came out with £15 worth of shopping for £3 (used £5 worth of coupons )

Don't think I'll shop online for a while though too stressfull
