    Hi All

Thanks to Toots for sending me PM. I am just brand new to this so you will have to excuse my ignorance, I have read all the codes etc but have a few questions.

    1. As I only joined yesterday, can I start the list from today or would that be silly? I blitzed the kitchen last night and done a bit of putting away folded washing and ironing this morning at 6am!!
I would start off just trying to achieve level 1 on all days, then work up:A
    2. You all look so mega organised, to me the list looks like a mammoth task as I have a full time job, DD (8) DS (terrible 2's) and a DH who works shifts. Will I get there in the end???!!!
Well I have been here for how long:confused: and I am still not organised, so dont worry about it, take it slow and you soon get the hang of it though:D
    3. Where can I find my previous posts lol!! Thought I had posted this earlier but cannot find it

Think this is the the christmas tree I am supposed to add? :xmastree:

Sorry all for the long post but with your help and plent of bahookie kicking I am sure I will get there!!
    I love that word:j

    Welcome BTW :hello:

I know I am back from the HHC a bit early, but I just wanted to report finishing the filing:j:j:j:j

    I've...

got washing in from outside, moudly  so I've put it on a hot wash.

    Put load in dryer.

Hung some washing over banisters and some on radiators.

Wiped down all kitchen cupboard doors.

    Emptied kitchen bin.

    Given chickens some spinach.

Put Irish Stew in to reheat.

    DW x 1

    Put dishes away.

OH gone to Halfords to get bulbs for lights on other car.

    Swept kitchen floor.

    Got dressed.:D

Cleared dining room table up and binned rubbish.

    now it's tiny
    ho hum

anyway at least I'm no longer overwidening the thread...

went to get washing in towels no dryer than when I pegged them out (well feels like) so they're in the TD and I have ironed the rest in the hope that it will finish off drying when the heating comes on!

macpep - the trick is (well I find IMHO) decluttering - radically.
Add in a few other tried and trusted methods eg AnWsMum patented dot-to-dot method (clear a hotspot, keep it clear. Then another day do another one - eventually they will all join up;)) and a few HHCs which work because you don't overwhelm yourself and you will get there. Don't go back a day - but the next day focus on the listed area...you will SOON see a difference
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

rosepink and others, thanks for asking about DH He has made up beds for DSs coming home for the b'day and has agreed to go out for a meal tomorrow Methinks he is hankering after moving back South. We have been here 15 years and it took me years to settle. I can't bear the thought of moving away now.

I am hoping having everyone here for the weekend will shake him up a bit, in a nice way.
Glad he's feeling up to socialising, that's good. If it helps, when I feel low I start wanting to do all sorts of things to make myself feel better - that could be the same with him wanting to move - maybe he thinks it will make him feel better. That's not necessarily what will happen, because when one moves home one has to take oneself!

    Hugs Princess Lou xx

Macpep – 1.yes start today’s list, and forget about previous days. Just try level one for now and build up when you feel able. Well done on all your early morning laundry!
    2. We may look organised, but we are not! Well, I’m not! And I started off with my place in a terrible state and I’m getting it under control gradually! Yes, you will get there in the end – you’ve got a lot on your plate, but if you just do 30 mins flying a day then that’s a bonus!

    3. When you have posted, you can click on your user name and it says “see previous posts from this user” and then you can see what you have posted previously. I save my list in a Word doc and then just copy and paste it so that I don’t have to hunt for it on the thread

Lastly, we will all help you so don’t worry and keep posting so we know how you are doing!

I'm not doing too good today, have been in bed since 11, got up to watch Jessica. Have tried to eat but it's made my tummy funny again. Feeling really listless and grey and gloomy. Not done any flying, sorry.

Thanks Dusty about the pads, have bought them but thinking it will work out expensive in the long run....

So, I have one more question about the tens machine(Thanks Greenbee re the driving).......It says

OH has had a stent in his heart due to irregular heartbeat....does this mean he can't use it

Sorry for off topic....please feel free to tell me to delete it as I know we shouldn't be discussing health related issues....

I'd suggest that you talk to a doctor, but also try giving mobilis a call, as they supply medical equipment to professionals as well.

I'm sorry but I may have just wet myself laughing....

We had an awful brush tree.. looked like it was made from green toilet brushes and was hideous.. we did the same... if you can get in my loft I have a broad selection of trees (6 in fact.. gren or white?) and you can take your pick. I keep the childrens treasures in a box all safe from breakages.. :D

You are sooo kind!! :Abut I didn't expect you to laugh - it's a horror story! However my sister laughed, my friends laughed and my work colleagues laughed. DH claims he had a Red Mist moment and can't believe he did it!
