  • Well in my first 1.5hr study period I:

    * Downloaded and printed off two articles I want to use as templates for the layout/graphs of our piece;
    * Backed up the work I did on Tuesday (forgot to do it on Tue itself! :eek:);
    * Read the articles and decided they would work for us and would save time :j:j:j
    * Wrote to my collaborator and made soothing noises...
    ;)

    * Set up a safe seal on my computer for logging into Yahoo..:o
    * Googled operatic soc tickets for next week to find out where to buy them :o:o
    * Rang DH to ask if he wanted to come :o:o:o

    * Checked the news on the BBC website :o:o:o:o

    It must be time for tea and toast, no?

  • Morning FlyLadies :hello:

    Sorry I've been a bit AWOL for the past couple days, been a busy littlte bee. My Flying has been a bit neglected and its amazing what a couple of days can actually do to the state of youe home! I have however done most of my Xmas wrapping up, just got 2 more pressies to wrap and a few more to buy and then I'm done. Got some gorgeous paper from Next and the pressies look like works of art. I LOVE wrapping up, ribbons, bows, double sided sticky tape... I'm easily amused :D

    4. HHI
    I've got guests coming to stay tomorrow night so glad spare room is todays list! (Even though its wrapping central at the moment) Need to get a move on though. I'm feeling quite motivated today and have already been out to feed/water/generally check on neighbours cats for her while she's away, been to get my eyebrows waxed and went to the gym. Just sat having a :coffee: before I get going.

    Loads of extras for me
    1. Guest bedding prepared
    2. Dishes
    3. S/S Kitchen
    4. WM x 2 (at least)
    5. HHI x 2
    6. Put away all the socks/undies/non ironing stuff that been dry for the past 2 days
    7. Declutter LR
    8. Take all my shoes (and there's a lot!) out of my shoe cupboard so hubby can get to pipe to sort out boiler pressure - heating is finally going on (but only cos we've got guests coming:p)
    9. Take bacon out of freezer ready for bacon and eggs Sunday morning hangover food
    10. Take soup out of freezer for tomorrows lunch
    11. Make some bread rolls
    12. Feed/check on neighbours cats later
    I think thats it for now. Will have a catch up of thread later on.
