Dialaphone Cashback bill

Does anyone know if Dialaphone accepts online bills printout (or) duplicate bills?. For some reason, I haven't received bills from Orange past couple of months. Orange said they will send duplicate one, but don't know if DAP accepts them.

    DAP will accept duplicate original bills but not online bills unless orange cust service calls DAP directly and asks them to.

    mm66 is right. DAP will accept a duplicate bill as it is after all an original - in that you haven't photocopied it.
